Surprisingly enjoyable stay! The large lobby gave a good vibe. My room had two balconies for fresh air. Breakfast was solid, but the room was a bit cramped. Still, it was conveniently close to the city center for exploring Heraklion.

I found it very convenient to stay overnight at irini hotel. It's good value for money and conveniently located in heraklion in terms of shopping, restaurating and also visiting (in between the old venitian harbour and the archological museum)
This massive car park that has been built up meanwhile. Feeling you can touch the cars

Had a partial view of the water. A good location for city sightseeing. The room was clean and service was excellent.
Although the room is large, it is sparsely furnished. It is not the type of room one wants to stay in for too may hours. Yet, it is a good clean room.

The location is superb, just a five-minute walk from Lion Square. The room felt cramped.

The hotel was in a central location.
We arrived about 4,30pm and our room wasn't ready. The receptionist wasn't particularly helpful. The internet was very slow,

The Irini hotel was a reasonably priced hotel in an ideal location for an overnight stay. It was close to our car hire depot and the ferry terminal for our morning departure. Rooms were large and breakfast was good.

Close to ferry terminal
Streets outside of the hotel were dirty and large garbage bins were smelly. Felt safe once inside the hotel, not as much in the streets.

It was just a smart choice for a trip in Heraklion with good value for cost. Check-in was easy and the lobby clean. Take some soap for the bathroom.

Reasonably priced and excellent modern accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff at the receptionist. Particularly good and amazing location for visiting restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Central, close to the airport, polite but not very serviceminded staff. Good for one night in central part of town. Balcony with wiew towards parkinghouse.
Booked triple-room, thought that meant three singlebeds but it was one double and one single bed. Maybe you should be more specific about that.

The hotel is near the city centre, so it's in a better position to visit it and around. The room are good, normally and the hotel staff is so friendly.
